Change is Afoot

February 11 I start my new job. It's my old job, which is my current job, but within a new structure and for a new boss. We're going through a reorg here at Compassion to better serve the changing needs of our growing ministry. We're restructuring to become more agile.

As part of the restructure, I'm joining the group I most closely work with - Web/Interactive. My job title stays the same for now, Web Communications Specialist, but it could change as we define the team's responsibilities. Change is afoot . . . which isn't the same as saying change is a foot.
